There’s a certain mysterious playfulness woven into the new release of California-based electro artist Jason Anthony Gomez. From the first seconds on, you gotta love the seemingly minimalistic honest melodic textures happening in “Beauty Beyond the Divide”.

In a way, this tune creates an alternate reality, where it’s not about time nor dominance. Soft arpeggios are dancing through the air, enriched with a energetic yet not hectic rhytmic base. Sometimes, the sound feels like dripping off the ceiling of a enchanted cave. While you are guided by a main melodic theme that never gets repetitive or transparent, the surrounding has this special glow that feels pleasing and not too bright, in this atmosphere the listener is allowed to exist like any other element in there.
