SEA GIRLS – Sick

The new release of the British music geniuses SEA GIRLS for sure talks from the hearts of oh-so-many out there. There are times where we all are sick of …well, essentially anything, right. And this tune puts this feeling into awesome music and pictures.

With an emotional yet not too melancholic atmosphere, this tune uses the moody vocals as the center of attention. The general moodset of ‘Sick’ can be described as “hungover”. While the story is told, you can feel what’s going on through the desperation woven into the vocals, blended with a signature giving in-feel that’s transmitting this special “well, what can you do?” moodset. And this is what attracts me most in this song, it’s the ultra-relatable core that is pictured perfectly by both the music and the video coming along. It’s comforting to know that these feelings are normal, and that I’m not the only one who feels that way from time to time.
