Bjorn Rydhog – Into Your Heart
Taken from the EP ‘Give Me Sunshine’ which was released in 2020, this tune feels like sitting lakeside with your loved one. I love the soft approach of the tune which still contains enough energy to keep the track both playful and emotional. Both female and male vocals give the tune a certain ‘sophisticated’ aura while the backing surprises with several instruments that first weren’t expected.
What makes the track so intriguing is the well-rounded storytelling it represents. Listen to this. There’s surprises to find in there in form of melodic violin and trumpet tracks, while the emotional vocals bring this base melancholy to the table. Along the steady rhythm, the track steers calm like a ship sailing over quiet waters. Done in this signature style, for me the track just feels really authentic, because ‘Into Your Heart’ transmits as much emotion as it does transmit music.
