Nick De La Hoyde – Night Stuff

Ever had problems sleeping with too much thoughts running through your head? The new release of Australian artist Nick De La Hoyde found a way to put this scenery into music. While the track feels floating and soft, it’s the melodic progression that puts depth, meaning, and most importantly, feeling through your headphones.

With the synth backing putting some deep space-ish vibe in ‘Night Stuff’, the tune feels like looking up to the stars. You know the feel, it’s a mix of melancholy and positivity. And that’s essentially how to describe the song as well, it feels free, unbound, floaty and emotional. The vocals are transmitting a high amount of honest moody but positive melancholy, not rushing or forcing anything. Containing a signature warm groove, the tune really is a multitalent you can close your eyes to OR dance to.
