If you like an electric guitar telling you what’s basically the story of life, you’ll love this track. This instrumental tune is nothing less than stunning in it’s concept and execution.

Imagine standing in an elevator of a building with many floors. Every other time the door opens, you’ll hear new content, from calm melodic textures to driving rock rhythm patterns and everything in between. What makes ‘Awakening’ so special for me is the versatile nature in which the track tells its story. This isn’t just one single concept that was put into music, it’s rather a journey through sound, a showcase, if you will. The skilled guitar playing technique puts a signature stamp on the sound, creating a unqiue flavor in the process.
So, while you reach the rooftop of the building in your elevator, the energy of the song bursts out all of a sudden, making the sound fly away like a bird from the rooftop, ripping you outta your chair to fly along, so to speak. The whole track does not only exist in this scenario. It rather helps the scenario evolve. You gotta love the lightweight and energetic feelgood vibe of the track. This sound feels empowering.
