The reverbed setting with all the effects and instrument tracks happening in there creates a deep widespaced room that feels natural and safe. With all those little sparkling playful elements and percussions happening in the back, the stage is set for those emotional and expressive vocals.

I guess it’s the overall mix of all the carefully arranged elements that make ‘Lifted’ an awesome tune. Maybe the fact that this tune feels like summer while temperatures outside are dropping, plays a part as well. All in all, the sound feels cozy, groovy and genuine. Hearing the relaxed and lightweight vocals practically flying over the whole tonal range with ease just makes you instantly move to the sound, and the tune sticks to your ear right away.
