STAL – Hilldale

What starts emotional and relaxed, surprises with a full-blown electro theme. Welcome to the world of STAL.

The piano backing and the almost vulnerable setting tricked me first. The new release of STAL disguised as a emotional ballad with soft vocals and a minimal setting. As soon as those synth tracks start to swell, I knew I was in for a treat.
Keeping the balance between soft and meaningful and uplifting energetic electro pop, the track knows how to deliver in style. And it even does so while taking its time, the rhythm doesn’t rush anything, but has the exact right tempo to get a huge portion of groove vibe in between those both passionate and energetic vocals.

“Hilldale” is meant to be the artists’ ode to LA, but for the ears of all the listeners out there its way more in my opinion. It’s the music of everyday life, it’s the tune to lift you up off the ground after a long day, it’s your best companion on your way home through traffic, it’s an energy source for the next 10k run…you name it. The track offers a lot more than you might imagine. That’s exactly why music is so awesome, folks. Tracks like this one show that music is so much more than just ome combined notes.
